I never really understood the glory of spring, until now. this winter was long! when the first signs of spring appeared we rejoiced! all the green and the flowers are doing my soul good!
spring also means sports.

t ball for O
both Charlie and Owen's sports teams needed coaches, so after a little bit of convincing, chris stepped up to the plate. he's been a fantastic coach!
soccer and lacrosse finished last week, but t ball will go through mid June.
we also celebrated Mother's Day, and lots of school activities.
this mama cardinal built a nest right outside our kitchen window and laid several eggs. then one day, she was gone along with the eggs.
jack made me a #1 mom belt buckle hahaha
we took a few funny face pictures and when we went back and looked at the progression of Ellie's it made us laugh so hard!
Owen's dreams came true when they had bunny pictures taken at preschool.
Charlie was given an oak tree sapling to plant. the first night we planted it a deer ate the top off it and we kinda lost hope for it to survive, but so far its got several leaves on it!
preschool mother's day celebration!
Ellie decorated the table for Mother's Day and I thought it was very sweet.
Ellie participated in Battle of the Books with a group of her best friends. they named their team "The Dumble-dorks"
Owen has waited a couple years to finally be old enough to play t ball!

favorite decade dress up day for Charlie. we went with the 50's.
6th grade took a trip to King's Island. chris was a blessed to chaperone. they had a great time, although chris has decided to retire from roller coasters... he got pretty sick mid day.
