we had a fantastic New Years eve celebration at Amy and Tyler's house! we ate delicious food, played games, watched funny videos and some football, and counted down until midnight 10 o'clock!
Amy and Tyler's family have a tradition of eating fondue and playing games. they invited us and Marc and Delauna's families to join in the fun! Chris decided to smoke a pork shoulder so we had fondue with veggies and meats, pulled pork sandwiches, jalapeño poppers, then chocolate fondue and bubbly! yum, yum, yum!
jack and Kate set up a rock paper scissors championship that was surprisingly fun!
Ellie and Charlie were the finalists out of everyone
and Ellie won!

the kids blew up balloons and then dropped them on the adults when we had our countdown!

we started the new year off right by meeting up with Marc, Delauna, Caiden, and his friend David at Condados on January 1st for some queso and tacos!
we took the kids to see The Crimes of Grindelwald (which we all liked quite a bit) and then got a couple slices of cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory to take home. it was a great few days with the family!
