is there anything better than Easter Sunday?
it might be my favorite.
we had a nice easter, studying the last week of the savior's life leading up to Easter Sunday.
after church we had all of our Ohio family come for dinner and games. it was everything easter should be.
the kids ate downstairs and by the sound of it, they had blast.
wish I had taken a picture of the adults because we had just as much fun :)
after dinner we played the hard boiled egg cracking game, which Tyler won, followed by cascarones which Kate won!
Spencer asked me before the game if there were any raw eggs involved. I assured him there were no raw eggs. we should've grown suspicious when uncle Doug joined the game late! he snuck a raw egg in and poor Spencer was the recipient! he handled it like a champ!
we even got to wish Amy a happy birthday (a week after her actual birthday)
before easter, the kids had fun at the ward Easter egg hunt and they were spoiled with an easter package from grandma Linda, complete with some baby animals!
Owen loves to bird watch... especially with a basket of candy the day after easter
